NOKONEN is a fresh and urban brand founded in 2017 by clothing designer Aino Kovalainen. The clothes and textiles are handcrafted in Helsinki. Nokonen is characterized by imaginative, unique, hand-painted patterns. The materials used are ecological and natural, such as nettle and hemp.

Fabrics used by Nokonen come from a factory in Italy, where the production is carried out with respect to the environment and people. The fabrics have the GOTS, Öko-tex and EU eco-labels that guarantee non-toxic and transparent production.

Nokonen is not focused on collections, but is rather about creating timeless, versatile and durable clothes that you can love for a long time!
