1. Scope of Application
These Weecos Oy’s (Business ID: 2484719-3; hereinafter Weecos) delivery terms and conditions (hereinafter the ”Terms”) shall apply between Weecos and customer (hereinafter ”Customer”) when Customer is using Weecos’ weecos.com service (“Service”). The Service is an online sales site, where manufacturers of products registered onto the Service (“Vendor”) may list their products (“Product”) to be available for purchase from the Service and Customers can purchase Products of Weecos’ partner Vendors. These Terms shall apply between Weecos and Customer for purchasing Products and delivery thereof unless Weecos and Customer have otherwise agreed upon in writing.
2. Orders and Delivery
Weecos shall provide the Service and maintain the online sales site, as well as receive Customers’ orders on the Vendor’s behalf, and be responsible for invoicing, receiving possible complaints and general customer service for the Service. However, the Vendor shall be responsible for taking care of its own customer service related to its brand (including communications with Customers through the Vendor site). The sales agreement shall always be concluded between the Customer and the Vendor selling the Product. Weecos shall in no event be deemed the seller of any Product or a party to any agreement concerning such sale.
The Customer will place an order by selecting the desired products to the shopping cart in the Service. Before placing a binding order the Customer shall be presented a review of the content of the shopping cart, which shall include information of the Vendors of the Products ordered by the Customer, prices including delivery costs as well as the Vendors’ estimated delivery times. After reviewing the content of the shopping cart the Customer can place a binding order by confirming their order according to instructions on the site. The order shall become binding after the Customer has sent the order to Weecos and Weecos has confirmed the order placed by the Customer.
The Vendor shall deliver the Products to the Customer after Weecos has confirmed the order in writing to the Customer and the Customer has made the payment in accordance with the payment terms. The Products ordered by the Customer shall be delivered to the address entered by the Customer using the delivery method stated in the Service. If the Vendor has stated the delivery method to be a letter, it should be noted that the delivery cannot be tracked through a tracking code.
In the event the delivery of the Products ordered by the Customer is delayed due to the Vendor or the Customer (e.g. incorrect order information), Weecos shall not be responsible for possible damage incurring due to the delay. In such event possible compensation shall be agreed upon between the Vendor and the Customer.
3. Pricing and Terms of Payment
The prices of the Products shall be determined according to the price list applicable at each given time. All the prices shall include VAT except when shipping to countries outside the European Union. Weecos and the Vendors receive the right to make changes in the price list.
International customers are responsible for their country’s customs, taxes, duties and / or VAT fees.

4. Late Payment
Weecos shall have the right to charge interest according to the Interest Rate Act (as amended from time to time) for late payments. In addition to interest Weecos shall have the right to charge the Customer standard recovery and notification fees resulting from the recovery.
5. Defects and Complaints
The Customer must inspect the received Products for any possible defects. In the event ordered Products are missing from the delivery or the delivery is otherwise defective, the Customer must inform Weecos of the issue without undue delay by using the form provided in the service (www).
In the event Customer has made a complaint to Weecos, the Vendor shall have a primary option to fix the defect. Secondarily the defect may be amended by cancelling the sale of the Product and reimbursing the sale price to the Customer.
The customer service for the Service accepts possible complaints and customer feedback. The information for customer service can be found from Weecos’ web page. Weecos shall endeavor to answer the inquiries within five (5) working days, unless prevented to do so by exceptional circumstances.
Consumers shall have the right to cancel a purchase made in the Service web store within 14 days from receipt of the Products. Should the Customer exercise their cancellation right, he/she must inform Weecos by return form https://www.weecos.com/en/palautus. Vendor's return address is in the receipt. The Customer must return the Product to the Vendor within the time limit and Vendor shall refund the price of the Product to the Customer as soon as the Vendor has notified Weecos of receipt of the returned Product.
The customer is responsible for the product return's shipping fees. If the customer returns the whole order from one brand, the Vendor shall refund the original postage to the Customer.
7. Customers Actions in the Service
Weecos shall not supervise or moderate beforehand the views or opinions expressed in the Service, or discussion or other forums on the Vendors’ web pages and Weecos shall not be responsible for any such content. Each user of the Service is personally responsible for their actions and is obligated to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. The Customer shall neither have the right to use the Service against the law or good practice. Weecos shall have the right to remove content in violation of these Terms or law or good practice from the Service. In addition the Vendors shall have a right to remove from their own pages content submitted by users in violation of these Terms or law or good practice.
Weecos shall not be responsible for damage possibly occurring to the user from incorrect or deficient information or information open for interpretation.
8. Site Functionality and Changes
Weecos endeavors to make the Service available to its users uninterruptedly and error-free, but Weecos does not guarantee that the use of the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Weecos shall not be responsible for interruptions in the Service due to technical defects, maintenance or installation work or resulting information changes or loss thereof, nor communication problems, disruptions or interruptions due to third parties, unless peremptory provisions or Terms otherwise state.
Weecos has a right to interrupt providing the Service or parts thereof due to changes, reformations or related technical reasons or due to network repair, maintenance or installation work or other such reason or when legislation or other orders of authorities so require. Weecos will limit the duration of possible interruptions to the minimum. Weecos will notify the users of any interruptions in advance, where reasonably possible.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
The Service contains material that are protected by copyright trademark and/or other intellectual property rights, such as information, databases, software data, documentation, logos, trademarks, images, text. The intellectual property rights in and to the material in the Service are the exclusive property of Weecos and/or its licensor(s) and Vendors. Without the express, written consent from Weecos and/or its licensor(s), the Customer shall have no right to distribute, publish, copy, make available to the public or otherwise commercially use the material in the Service.
Weecos shall endeavor to ensure that the security standards of the Service are of high quality. However, networks and services used through them are never completely secure. The Customer is responsible for managing equipment, connections and acquiring and functionality of programs required for the Service and that they won’t cause harm, disruption or damage to Weecos or third parties.
11. Force Majeure
Weecos shall not be liable to the Customer or deemed to be in default hereunder for not fulfilling the Terms due to causes which are beyond the control of Weecos, such as war, acts of government, strikes, natural disasters, power failure, fire and explosions for the duration of such events. In these cases the Customer shall not have a right for compensation from Weecos for breach of contract.
12. Damages and Limitation of Liability
Weecos shall not be responsible for consequential or other indirect damage. The liability of Weecos to the Customer shall be limited to compensation under these Terms. The aggregate liability of Weecos shall under no circumstances exceed the price the Customer has paid for the Product.
Nothing in these Terms limits consumer’s legal rights.
13. Term and Changes
These Terms are effective from 14.06.2013 and remain in effect until further notice. Weecos reserves the right to amend these Terms. Weecos reserves the right to amend these Terms. Weecos will notify of changes of these Terms on the Service site, therefore the Customer should regularly review these Terms on the Service web page. The changes in the Terms shall become effective at a time stated by Weecos. Changed Terms shall not apply to orders made by the Customer before the changes take effect. The Customer commits to abiding by the changes in the Terms by using the Service. The Customer must cease using the Service if they do not accept the amended Terms.
14. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Finnish law. Any dispute arising out of these Terms will be primarily settled in good-faith negotiations between Weecos and the Customer. Should the parties fail to settle the dispute this way, it shall be finally settled in the Pirkanmaa district court. Consumers may file a suit against Weecos at the district court of their place of residence. Consumers may also request the Consumer Disputes Board to issue a recommendation concerning the dispute.
