From Weecos, you can find various design brands from Europe and Iceland. Weecos has an auditing process for sustainability criteria, which each brand has passed. The criteria concentrate on economical, social and environmental factors, and it ensures both transparency and customer satisfaction.
Yes, Weecos unites numerous brands in one place, as one marketplace. The brands build and are responsible for their own shops, sales and deliveries. Weecos isn’t involved in the shipping process.

THE PRODUCT'S RETURN AND EXCHANGE
You have the right to return the product within 14 days after receiving the product. There is no right to return if the product has been customized or made from order just for you. Fabrics that have been cut according to your wish cannot be returned either.
When returning, fill in the Weecos return form from here first. After you have saved and sent the return form, you can send the product back to the brand. The address can be found on the order confirmation form. Please, include your name and order number in the return package.
The product's price is compensated to your account after the brand has received the product and checked its quality. The product must be unused, re-sellable and in its original package. When you return the whole order from one brand, you get a refund from the brand's original postage. The refund is always made to your bank account.
The customer is responsible for the return's shipping fees. Except if you make a reclamation. If you haven’t received the refund in a few weeks, please be in contact with the brand.
Please notice, that not picking up the package from Posti is not accepted as a return. A refund cannot be done if you haven’t filled in the return form.
You have the right to exchange the product within 14 days after receiving the product. The customer is responsible for the exchange's shipping fees, unless the brand has defined them otherwise. If you want to exchange the product, please be in contact with the brand.
The product exchanged must be unused, re-sellable and in its original package.
In Finland, you can pay your purchase via your online bank, MobilePay, credit card or invoice. Abroad, you can pay your purchase via credit card.
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel invoices.
If you have bought the product with an invoice, you have to pay it, and the brand will compensate it to you later. The additional invoicing fee (2,95€) must be paid even when you return all the items on your order. The invoicing fee won't be compensated to your bank account.
Yes, if you decide to pay with an invoice, there is an additional fee 2,95€ per invoice.
Collector, our invoice service, sends the invoices via mail. You receive the mail around half of the next month after purchase, and the due date is at the end of the month.
